Restore a purchase

Open Flashbae → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Flashbae → Cancel Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A photo didn't come out

If an AI look fails to render, its credit is returned automatically. If a result looks wrong, try a well-lit photo where faces are clearly visible.

Booth with a friend

Share your booth link or the 6-letter code; your friend opens Flashbae → Create → Photo booth → Together, live. Live video needs camera and microphone access for Flashbae in the iPhone Settings app.

Delete your data

Open Flashbae → Settings → Delete my data. It removes your credits, photos and booths for good.
